A fourth-generation dairy family milking a holstein herd and processing the milk and yoghurt on farm.

The farm is at Bass on the Bass River in Gippsland and only sells 100 kilometres around the farm, which includes Phillip Island, the Mornington Peninsula, and South Gippsland.

Fresh milk bottled by Bass River Dairies on the family farm and delivered to us.

The milk is not standardised nor homogenised, just as the cows made it.

Cheese is made right on the farm. They currently make cheese three days per week.

They make a number of different cheese styles and are always trying out new ideas.

Cheese is made in the purpose built cheese making facility. Cheeses include: Brie, Camembert, Coulommiers, Haloumi, Ricotta, Feta, Washed Rind, Parmigiano, Gouda and Quark.

Feta is available in various marinades of oil and spices including Lemon Myrtle, Pepper Berries and Chilli.
