The Scaldaferri family comes from the village of Piana di Cerchiara in Calabria, Italy. The family olive grove, and those of the surrounding farms, produces some of the most sought-after extra virgin olive oil in Italy.

The D’Orazio family has been producing olive oil since the 1930s in the center of Puglia (Southern Italy).

Using only local olive varieties such as Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Cima di Mola, Peschioline e Nociara which give the oil an herbaceous notes of ripe fruit, medium fruitiness with a peppery aftertaste.

This organic oil is made from olives grown in a local organically certified olive grove.
